Sheet Metal Punching / Sheet Metal Bending

Constant growth in production has led the company to invest in new machinery in order to respond to the increasingly complex demands of clients. The company has therefore introduced the punching process, which fits in alongside other complementary activities such as cutting and press forming.

This process is performed using special machinery which is capable of recreating designs with extreme precision, at up to 4mm of the width of the sheet metal and a work area equal to 1525x2500 mm.

In the majority of cases, the bending process follows the punching phase. In fact, pieces created using the punching machine can be bent where necessary using an included bending press, in addition to a bending robot.
